Whale watching at Jervis Bay is renowned for being the best that NSW has to offer and Dolphin Watch Cruises has the best whale cruise in Jervis Bay.

The Jervis Bay whale watching season is one of the longest in NSW, and with the sheltered waters providing a much needed rest for the calves on their long journey home, it also provides some of the best calm water viewing to be had.

Mutliple sightings are the norm, especially on the southern migration, with our record to date being 32 individual whale sightings on one cruise, all in the calm waters of Jervis Bay.

The Spirit of Jervis Bay has 5 viewing decks from which to view these magnificent creatures so you will not miss out.

Whilst we do serve complimentary tea and coffee on the way out to see the whales to help warm you up, we strongly recommend that you bring a warm jumper and even gloves and a beanie as the conditions can be quite cool out on the water.

Simply sit back and enjoy the show!

"I really respect that the whale was more important than us"

Arrived just in time from our overnight stay in Canberra to go on the cruise. We got to see two whales swimming and breaching. Was a spectacular sight. The operators stayed what I though was a decent distance from the whales and when they had gone into the bay and another operator went in further than we did our guy decided that we would move away to give the whales space to get out of the bay. I really respect that the whale was more important that us . Well done
