Whale watching at Jervis Bay is renowned for being the best that NSW has to offer and Dolphin Watch Cruises has the best whale cruise in Jervis Bay.

The Jervis Bay whale watching season is one of the longest in NSW, and with the sheltered waters providing a much needed rest for the calves on their long journey home, it also provides some of the best calm water viewing to be had.

Mutliple sightings are the norm, especially on the southern migration, with our record to date being 32 individual whale sightings on one cruise, all in the calm waters of Jervis Bay.

The Spirit of Jervis Bay has 5 viewing decks from which to view these magnificent creatures so you will not miss out.

Whilst we do serve complimentary tea and coffee on the way out to see the whales to help warm you up, we strongly recommend that you bring a warm jumper and even gloves and a beanie as the conditions can be quite cool out on the water.

Simply sit back and enjoy the show!

"A Great Afternoon on Jervis Bay"

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon on the Whale watch your on the big boat. We had planned to go on the short fast boat but they changed us to the tekin. All in all it was actually a good option for the afternoon. The staff were pleasant and there was basic tea and coffee served. We took some snacks which was recommended and a good idea. We saw at least 8 whales including some baby calves and enjoyed the scenery of the bay too. Worth it!
